The 2024 Retreat
Be part of the second-ever, in-person retreat this October in Nashville, TN.
Make the investment in yourself and join your fellow CEOs & Superintendents from Tuesday evening, October 15th, through Thursday, October 17th in the beautiful city of Nashville.
This retreat will be a gift to yourself as a leader. You'll gain clarity about your own personal growth, deepen relationships in your forum, and leave inspired and invigorated for the challenges that lay ahead as leaders. Leadership arises from a deep spiritual well. Inspiring others to a higher purpose requires that we be inspired. Empowering others to push past their fears, requires us to engage intimately with them to deepen relationships while pushing past our fear.
We will support one another in deepening our spiritual selves, expanding our relationships and encouraging & empowering one another.
Come join us at The Interchange Retreat.
The retreat will be hosted at the Belle Air Mansion, a historic and civic landmark just a few miles from downtown Nashville. Built in 1832, Belle Air is one of the few remaining Greek Revival antebellum mansions in Nashville.
All of sessions and meals will be hosted on-site. We will have the entire 6 acre property reserved just for you. You'll enjoy the large outdoor porches, meeting spaces and be able to escape to the privacy of your own room and suite.
The meeting space is limited, so don't hesitate to register today!
The cost for the retreat, including lodging and food, is $2,750. A non-refundable 25% deposit will be due the month you register. Attendees are responsible for getting themselves to Belle Air for check-in at 4:00 pm on October 15th. Sessions for the retreat will run until 4pm on October 17th. Attendees will have the option to ride-share back to the airport. We ask that you do not book a flight earlier than 6:00 pm to be un-rushed and fully present for the final session.
Here are what attendees had to say about last years experience:
"This retreat was a great opportunity to reflect deeply on our practice, to connect with other leaders and to re-center our priorities as we serve others."
